On June 18, 2018 the OpenWay company announced implementation of a processing center on the OpenWay platform in Alfa-Bank.
Growth of amount of the issued cards and need to quickly implement the products and services demanded in the market raised a question of transfer of all payment services to own capacities before Bank. Having compared the offers which are available in the market in the field of processing services with the business requirements, the management of bank stopped the choice on the solution of OpenWay company which completely corresponds to them and successfully copes with the delivered business challenges.

Transition to own processing will allow Alfa-Bank (Belarus) to receive full control over costs and to quickly develop card products and services, expanding a range of the rendered services.
Migration of cards and online services took place successfully, in - much, thanks to the fact that in Bank the highly skilled team of adherents was created.

It was possible to monitor all migration through online broadcasting in which the Bank in real time informed what products and services are disconnected and in what time they will be again available. Watched more than 50,000 users broadcasting: as a result an opportunity to trace each migratory stage lowered load of contact center and an online chat.
For June 18, 2018 final adjustment of a system is complete. The bank began to work on the announced services closely: the first implements service of change of the PIN code.
