Acer and Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN to continue collaboration in 2021

2021: Enduro and TravelMate notebooks

On February 18, 2021, Acer announced that together with Sauber Motorsport, which includes the Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN team participating in Formula 1, they announced an extension of cooperation in the 2021 season.

Starting the partnership in 2020, the Sauber and Acer team plan to bring it to a different level thanks to Acer technologies that help ensure the work and interaction of the team - both on the track and at Sauber's headquarters in Hinville, Switzerland. Acer and Sauber also revealed the details of a large-scale advertising campaign, the main character of which will be Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN rider Kimi Raikkonen.

Acer will provide the team with solutions for the commercial segment: Enduro and TravelMate laptops, ConceptD workstation and digital displays. Acer's specially designed equipment and software will play a key role both at the team's headquarters in Hinville and in racing boxes throughout the 2021 season.

2020: Provision of workstations and monitors

The Formula 1 team Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN will receive support before the start of the 2020 season: the Acer company in the field of information and communication technologies will become its official partner. This became known on June 18, 2020.

As an official IT equipment partner, Acer will provide ConceptD workstations and monitors that will be used at Sauber headquarters in Hinville, Switzerland, as well as on and off the highway. As part of the agreement, Acer and Alfa Romeo Racing ORLEN will also jointly create content for an ever-growing audience that is interested in the activities of both companies.
