Our organization, Alice LLC, performs construction activity in Nizhny Novgorod Stable development of the company, increase in sales volume, growth of number of workers set for us a number of the new tasks, one of which was simplification of accounting transactions, personnel managements. Having studied different options, for automation of the personified accounting we selected software products of a line of 1C. The choice was influenced by such criteria as popularity of solutions of 1C Company, price level, functionality of a system and also the fact that the program is developed and is improved taking into account requirements of the Russian legislation. The partner in implementation we selected the company "1C Accounting and trade of BIT" on the basis of the recommendations of acquaintances and its high rating among partner companies 1C. From a wide choice of software products for automation jointly with specialists of the company "1C Accounting and trade of BIT" we stopped on "1C Salary and Personnel management 8". Specialists of the company performed tuning of the program, the help with initial information input in the program is rendered and consultations on work in it are given. The software product meets all our requirements: increases performance of work of personnel department, provides visualization of charges, simplifies and optimizes settlement process and salary payments and also allows to receive automatically the code of postings on the basis of the entered data and the sheet for transfer to accounting. Date the beginning of commercial operation of the program is on April 24, 2012. Using the "1C Salary and Personnel management 8" program maintaining the following sections is automated:

• Registration of personnel and the personified accounting;
• Calculation and accounting of a wage platna;
• Payments and deposition;
• Calculation of taxes and insurance premiums;
• Preparation of the regulated reporting.
