Alliance Healthcare Russia (ERA Financials)

The EpicRus company brought into commercial operation the ERA Financials financial system at head office of a pharmdistribyyutor of Alliance Healthcare Russia (Apteka-Holding) in Moscow.

In total in the company of 45 branches and representations across all Russia, and the customer base contains 14,000 pharmaceutical and medical organizations. Automation of operational and management accounting, accounting transactions and also providing exhaustive and timely financial and analytical statements is necessary for effective management of large-scale structure.

For consolidation of the data arriving from all divisions of the company (accounting, department of supply, sales department, finance division) the management of holding made the decision on implementation of a new system of financial and managerial accounting. Problems of a system included also formation of the Russian and international reporting, ensuring unity of storage and use of data.

At the first stage of the project all processes of holding connected with operational management accounting were transferred to a system. After this, at the beginning of this year, works on preparation for implementing solution on accounting sections instead of the Turbo accountant program used still began.

By April, 2007 a new system was integrated with the business applications existing in the company, and all financial dokumentoobort was transferred to distribution company to it. Besides, in April the balance sheet and the reporting under the IFRS standards were created.
