On June 15, 2023, Korus Consulting Group announced the introduction of a corporate portal for AlmacorGroup based on its K-Team product. As a result of the project, the company received a platform for employee communication, a single information space and a system for developing project management.

AlmacorGroup is a multidisciplinary company that is engaged in the construction and reconstruction of transport and engineering infrastructure facilities. The bulk of the work is carried out on its own with the help of a staff of more than 1,500 people. For communication between employees, there was not enough platform that would increase involvement in corporate culture and production processes, awareness of the latest company and industry news.

Korus Consulting implemented an enterprise portal based on the ready-made K-Team solution, which reduced the time and cost of the project compared to the development of identical functionality from scratch. To do this, they deployed the solution box, adapted it to business tasks. Provided end-to-end user authorization for convenient work in the system. Now employees have quick access to news, useful services and contacts of colleagues, including from mobile devices.

As a result of the project, AlmacorGroup has a platform for employee communication, a single information space for familiarizing itself with the latest news from the company and the industry. In addition, the company now has a system for developing project management, on the basis of which the business plans to optimize internal processes. It took only 2 months to create the portal.

The company will continue to develop its corporate portal. According to the plan - integration with the system distance learning users, modernization of the "Tasks and Projects" unit for production requirements, expansion of the functionality of booking meeting rooms.

The intranet should become a key platform for communications in the company and bring all employees together. It will simplify daily work for them and become a tool for solving business problems of divisions.
