AlphaInsurance reduced by 50% time of registration of insured events according to the CMTPL

2019: Start of a recording system of insured events of the CMTPL based on SAP Cloud Platform

On November 1, 2019 AlphaInsurance announced start a system for registration of insured events of the CMTPL based on SAP Cloud Platform. This IT solution will allow the company to reduce time of registration of an insured event for 50%, and time of complete settlement of a loss according to the CMTPL – by 20%.

A system is started based on all structure of own and partner divisions AlphaInsurance servicing clients according to the CMTPL. IT solution allows the company to use modern sensing technologies of documents and a voice. The insurance agents cooperating with the company can register insured events, including by means of mobile devices thanks to what the speed and customer service quality increases. In the future AlphaInsurance is going to replicate experience of creation of a system on registration of insured events on a comprehensive insurance.

Implementation of the modern mobile interface for registration of insured events – one of important digital projects AlphaInsurance in 2019 allowing to raise the index of customer satisfaction.
