On March 10, 2020 AlphaInsurance SG reported that the IT Expert company started complex check of assessment of a maturity and systems capabilities of IT management. Its results will help the company with planning of further work on improvement of IT of function in the conditions of growth of business and the changing external factors.

Assessment of systems capabilities of IT management covers about 20 IT processes grouped in areas: development, support, reliability and profitability of IT. Each of processes is estimated on standard aspects.
