The service center IBS for support of business applications will perform support of the HCM SAP ERP system used by JSC ALFA TSEMENT for personnel records, payroll, formation of the regulated reporting and some other functions in the field of personnel management.

Within the outsourcing contract the full range of services of maintenance will be performed: user support, change of a system according to requirements of the legislation and business of the customer and also development of a system.
