- the negative impact of the human factor in payment and cash flow planning is excluded;
- automated control function is implemented to ensure correctness and legitimacy of payments;
- payment execution is now carried out uniformly and in one information system (single clearing house), which reduced costs and increased the manageability of treasury processes;
- preparation of reporting, costing, generation of management data (reports) are also performed in a single analytical system, which reduced the labor intensity of their preparation by 40%, increased the accuracy of data and ease of use;
- Automated process of data preparation and IFRS uploading to the corporate system SAP BPC for reporting, which reduced the labor intensity of the procedure by 30%;
- automated accounting according to RAS/Tax accounting, and the accounting process is organized with the allocation of SSC (i.e. primary documents in the 1C CU system are entered by responsible employees "out of business," and then through the electronic storage and streaming scanning system are transferred to the SSC for further reflection in RAS/Tax Accounting), which made it possible to centralize the accounting function, reduce the costs of organizing accounting, increase the manageability of the accounting process and the speed of preparing accounting, statistical, tax and analytical reports for submission to state bodies and various authorities.
