On June 17, 2015 the Linii24 company announced installation and start [1] into operation of the Sall-center for the order of retail chain stores of Alser[1].
Project Tasks
High growth rates and aspiration to mastering of new technologies resulted Alser company in the idea about failure from outsourcing partners whose services used earlier and to implement own system of global structuring telephone service, i.e. to create the contact center.

The cost of the transaction with Alser was less than 500 thousand rubles the Customer purchased all main modules of the replicated product "Call center":

Project Results
With implementation of contact center the Alser company received the potential for development from Line 24. According to the implemented system, for June 17, 2015 the quantity of calls exceeds 5 thousand a day, they are processed by 300 operators of the first and second line (secretaries, sales managers and to service, technical specialists).
