On May 7, 2018 the company of Technology of the Future declared product introduction of NeuroniQ in car showroom Altera Plus.
Visitors will be distributed among the staff of car center depending on the selected service. So the electronic queue will direct the client to one of employees of salon to rendering services in execution of the loan agreement, request on-line, a design of an insurance, etc. Thanks to LCD screens, visitors will be able to trace a current status of queue.
Installation of an electronic queue of NeuroniQ in a motor show in many respects will facilitate work on customer service. Also separate systems capabilities in the form of add-on modules will help the management to receive a detailed picture of work of car center. Use of a system gives the exact analysis of time spent for customer service, peak hours of loading, allows the visitor to register remotely and to receive a SMS reminder on date and time of visit of salon.
