• installation of GPS/GLONASS of trackers;
• installation of fuel level sensors;
• installation of a system of video registration and video cameras;
• installation and connection of sensors to the transfer case, for calculation of the overturned garbage containers;
• completion of a monitoring system and scheduling according to terms of reference;
• installation of the server and software on a workplace of the customer;
• training of employees of the Customer;
• trial operation;
• delivery in commercial operation.

Result

• Control of the actual routes by means of a GLONASS/GPS of trackers allows managers of the company to trace all way of garbage trucks, from base to installation sites of containers, to fix exact arrival time on the place and time spent on each object that allowed to exclude inappropriate use of transport completely.

• Control of level of fuel in a tank allowed to set the actual fuel consumption and to exclude a possibility of frauds with fuel and lubricants.

• Connection of sensors to the transfer case and the system of video fixing of garbage removal gave the chance to fix each fact of a fence of containers, degree of their fullness and a problem arising at an entrance to the container platform.

• As a result of system implementation of satellite control and video fixing of garbage removal, the company management in each timepoint knows where there is transport and the route task is how effectively performed. Record of each fact of export of a container allows to prevent or minimize conflict situations with the customer having the indisputable evidence of accomplishment of the undertaken obligations for export of MSW.
