2025: PassOffice Platform Rollout
AAM Systems has completed the introduction of an automated access control system at one of the Russian film and television production sites, the Amedia Film Studio. AAM Systems announced this on November 24, 2025.
The studio with an area of 42,000 m ² works around the clock and receives up to 500 people every day: film crews, contractors, artists and industry guests. With such an intensive flow of guests, it became necessary to significantly speed up the process of issuing passes and reduce the burden on the security service.
As part of the project, AAM Systems has implemented the PassOffice platform, through which the entire access process now goes. PassOffice Terminal self-registration terminals are installed on the input groups. Guests scan their passport, get acquainted with the policy of processing personal data and get a pass on their own.
The system is fully integrated with the existing Perco WEB MCDS: all data on the status of passes are transmitted automatically in real time. This eliminates manual entry errors and speeds up passage through checkpoints.
As a result of the introduction, the speed of issuing passes increased significantly, the queues at the entrance disappeared, and the process itself became convenient and completely transparent for all participants in the production process.
AAM Systems noted that the updated bandwidth has already become an important part of the infrastructure of the Amedia Film Studio, increasing the level of its manufacturability and comfort for employees, partners and guests. This project has become another example of how AAM Systems solutions allow large facilities to operate faster, safer and more efficiently.
