Amediateka optimizes a support service together with Avtolokator

On January 30, 2018 it became known that in connection with increase in number of subscribers the online service of AMEDIATEKA expands the Support service. In January, 2018 AVTOLOKATOR began user support of AMEDIATEKA service regarding client service and the solution of technical issues of the first level. A main objective of the project – upgrade of the Support service of AMEDIATEKA and improvement of customer service quality. Within several months experts analyzed key indicators of work of the operating call center therefore vectors of its further development were defined, the task list on transformation is made and resources for their solution are selected.

The main directions which will be upgraded and expanded: format of consultations, mechanism of a customer support and reduction of waiting time, customer satisfaction assessment.

The dispatching center AVTOLOKATOR is the multifunction platform for start and development of projects in the field of rendering services of call center. According to representatives of the center, a flexible management system and scalings of business taking into account specific objectives and features of business processes and the customer's infrastructure, the organization of a customer support 24/7/365, reserve call center for ensuring availability of services during emergencies and also the developed IT infrastructure allow to provide uninterrupted operation of the provided services to clients.

All specialists of AVTOLOKATOR involved in the project underwent training and certification for the AMEDIATEKA program.
