2016: Implementation of EDO
Amway partners in Russia can be IP, LLC and individuals. Every month, Amway signs documents with them. Before moving to EDO to sign any document, the partner received a document file from Amway, printed the document on paper, signed and sent it to Amway by mail. After 5-7 days, the document came to the mail room of the company, where it was checked. After that, these documents were entered into the Amway corporate system, and only then were mutual settlements made with the partner. It is impossible to exclude the human factor, because of which documents were sometimes lost.
Therefore, Amway decided to improve the quality of service, automate processes and improve the process of signing documents.
Amway's acquaintance with Tensor began with a discussion of the possibility of simplifying the process of signing documents with partners. Amway's desire to turn the process into "two clicks" turned out to be available in the CBIS in one click.
Amway is an international big company. And the entire global system of the company works in a single foreign billing. After its integration with SBIS, employees habitually create documents for partners in billing, and SBIS downloads them to itself and sends them to recipients.
Amway independently prepares documents for partners who provide it with their services. The partner must check and sign these documents first. Therefore, in the CBIS, Amway sends a finished document to the partner without a signature. The partner checks and signs it first and sends it back to the CBIS. Amway approves the document with its electronic signature and sends it to the partner again. The submitted documents are instantly in the personal account of an Amway partner. After the document flow is completed, Amway makes mutual settlements with a partner.
Amway is the first company in Russia to launch EDO with individuals. If it were not for electronic document management, the processing of documents for individuals would fall on Amway employees. There are no extra buttons and options in the CBIS interface for individuals. An individual partner of Amway enters the system and signs the documents with one click. Prevent errors: the system has only one "sign" button and visualization of the document.
A note about the signing of the document by an individual is available for Amway online. The application for electronic signature for individuals is simplified as much as possible. Only 2 documents are required, no software installations are needed, and all steps for using the display are scheduled.
The next step, Amway plans to electronically convert the contracts and sign them with partners in SBIS.
