Angarsk Petrochemical Company (Galaktika ERP)

The project of control automation based on the Galaktika ERP system develops in JSC Angarsk Petrochemical Company (ANHK). Principal direction of a present stage of the project – automation by funds of the Galaktika ERP system of problems of planning and the cost accounting for maintenance and repair of the equipment (TORO).

Earlier in JSC ANHK the Galaktika ERP system was used for solving of tasks of operational accounting, logistics management and accounting. Management of TORO – one of tasks, important for the enterprise. In a cost structure maintenance and repair of the equipment makes a considerable share.

For this reason at the enterprise the decision on automation of this process was made that will allow to plan reasonably costs and to get rid of large volumes of unproductive manual work. Features of the project in JSC ANHK on implementation of functionality of the Galaktika ERP system for management of TORO – adaptation of a system to specific business processes of the company and also a large number of users. It is planned that the module TORO of the Galaktika ERP system will be used in the work by 265 specialists of the enterprise.

As a result of system implementation at the enterprise planning processes, control and the cost accounting on TORO will be automated that will allow to reduce costs for maintenance and repair of the equipment.
