Anrosa implements own analysis system of partners

The Digital Design company announced on October 2, 2018 implementation in Anrosa financial investment company of an analysis system of partners which will help security service specialists to select reliable suppliers due to application of methods of data analysis.

Prerequisites

The decision on creation of a system was caused by a variety of reasons. The main are a large volume of unstructured data which security service specialists should analyze when checking suppliers, and non-automated process of collecting and information analysis.

One of the directions of Anrosa company — the wholesale and small wholesale supplies of food. The company has the base of contacts numbering more than 1200 Russian and more than 600 foreign suppliers. Consumer information gathers security service specialists from several systems: from systems "Circuit" and Spark — data on affiliation and existence of debts, and from a corporate system 1C — history interaction with the partner. It is quite difficult to analyze such information volume for a short time manually.

Objectives

The implemented system should become one of the main tools of risks assessment when carrying out purchases. It will allow to structure and visualize information, to analyze it and to create reports. A system will automatically expose the so-called rating of partners of each supplier on the basis of received from different data sources, thereby will become the assistant to the security service specialist at making decision on signing of the contract and on the mode of work with the partner — for example, to sign the agreement without prepayment if the reliable supplier, or from 100% prepayment if unreliable.

Project Progress

The Digital Design IT company which has wide experience of application of high technologies for business process automation is engaged in project implementation.

Implementing solution is performed in two stages: the purpose of the first — automation directly business process and structuring data, the second — application of analysis algorithms of data to them.

Results of the first stage

As of October 2, 2018 the first stage is completed: in Anrosa company web service which represents the data warehouse about all partners with whom the company works, with instruments of formation of the review of the supplier — the report was unrolled. Specialists Digital Design started implementation of the second stage.
