On May 28, 2019 the Neoflex company announced, project completion for PEK company. As a result of the performed works in "PEK" the Command Center Transportations (CCT) which allows to manage logistic processes online is started.

According to the company, the Command Center Transportations (CCT) allowed PEK company to increase significantly the accuracy of planning of cargo transportation and to set the quality standards of work in the industry of combined loads.

Command center transportations — the IT solution intended for increase in efficiency of planning and forecasting of transportations and also monitoring of a remaining balance in warehouses. For May, 2019 TsUP of PEK company allows to predict in real time loading of 189 warehouses across all Russia for the month ahead with a fine precision. Departments of transport and warehouse logistics interact in a uniform information field within end-to-end business process.

Every second TsUP processes over 500 transactions, accumulating all data necessary for creation of forecasts of loading of warehouses and effective management of operating activities.

First of all it is profitable to clients of our company who receive higher quality of services. Also the project opens possibilities for additional optimization of internal business processes and all schedule system of logistics.

Technology basis of TsUP is the stack of opensource of Big Data and Fast Data technologies: microservices are written using Akka Framework, and problems of stream data processing are implemented using Spark Streaming. Message exchange between components is implemented through Apache Kafka topics. Use of microservice architecture considerably simplified scaling and implementation of completions. In architecture three types of databases are used: operational data are stored in IMDB, for the urgent reporting PostgreSQL, and for storage of historical data Hadoop cluster is used.
