The 1C Rating company completed the project of automation of Drugstore No. 10 LLP based on a configuration "1C: Drugstore for Kazakhstan" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As a result of implementation of an information system all accounting is carried out according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on retail sale of medicines; the effective management of sales of medicines due to improvement of service quality and reduction of time of execution of orders increased.

Drugstore No. 10 LLP is a modern drugstore with the wide range of high-quality products at reasonable prices. In drugstore highly skilled druggists work with wide experience and length of service. Always will attentively listen to buyers, will consult on any of medicines. 19 pharmaceutical institutions, from them 8 drugstores are a part of Drugstore No. 10 LLP (5 city and 3 rural: in the item. May Day, the item Ust-Talovka and the village of Vydrikha) and 11 pharmaceutical points located in villages of Shemonaikhinsky district.

At the end of 2013 the management of Drugstore No. 10 LLP made the decision on implementation of an information system. The automated system had to provide to the management of the enterprise and its employees an opportunity to manage sales and deliveries of goods, warehouse stocks and customer relations. Using a system it was required to optimize flows of medicines and their remaining balance.

For automation the software product "was selected by 1C: Drugstore for Kazakhstan" which functionality corresponded to requirements of drugstore. The 1C Rating company having successful experience of automation of trade enterprises became the partner in implementation.

As a result of implementation the following functions are automated:

  • cash desk;
  • trade operations, sales accounting of Inventories;
  • management of warehouse stocks;
  • complete set and disassembling of Inventories;
  • control and accounting of serial numbers, expiration dates and certificates;
  • pricing;
  • connection of a retail store equipment;
  • order placement to suppliers;
  • accounting of arrival of Inventories.

On project completion of implementation the following key results were achieved:

  • All key business processes of drugstores are automated.
  • All accounting is carried out according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on retail sale of medicines.
  • Specific accounting on characteristics is configured that substantially facilitates work of druggists when disassembling medicines.
  • The effective management of sales of medicines due to quality improvement of service, reduction of time of execution of orders increased.
  • Growth of turnover of trade inventories is reached.

The information system is put into operation in December, 2014, as a result of implementation 2 jobs are automated.

'Implementation allowed to ensure smooth operation of drugstore. The reporting is prepared automatically that saves a set of resources, and, above all – time. It allows to avoid decrease in efficiency and efficiency that positively affects profitability. There was an opportunity to control existence of the necessary range, to quickly select analogs, to process orders.
