Aratta implements technology in department of accounting

On November 19, 2013 1C Company: Reported the first BIT - the project on automation of accounting and tax accounting in the Educational and creative culturological center "ARATTA" is complete.

Project Tasks

The educational and creative culturological center "ARATTA" is private educational institution. For quality improvement and the speed of preparation of reporting documents the management of an institution began an automation campaign. Contractors of the project specialists of the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT".

Project Progress

The company contractor executed implementation "1C: Accounting 8 for Ukraine", configured account policy. Users completed specialized courses on use of the program.

Project Results

• The single system of consolidation of credentials is created. It facilitates their processing and the analysis. In the program the main report forms are implemented that simplifies preparation of documents, excludes errors, reduces labor costs.
• Need of data purification disappeared. The variety of ready forms and autoverification of the created reports allow to create the reports meeting the main requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
• In a system it is possible to keep account of activity of several organizations, accounting on all main types of taxation, it is easy to perform the completing operations of month.

Are automated:

• accounting of inventory stocks;
• accounting of banking and cash activities;
• accounting of settlings with partners;
• fixed asset accounting, intangible and invaluable assets;
• accounting of indirect expenses;
• accounting of the VAT;
• payroll accounting, the personnel and personified accounting;
• tax accounting for income tax.
