The arbitration court of Altai Republic masters additional opportunities of EDMS "DELO"

2020: Results of implementation of EDMS "DELO"

On February 27, 2020 the company EOS GROUP summed up the implementation results EDMS "CASE" century Arbitration court of Altai Republic. For providing access to documents of structural divisions of judicial authority and organization of internal document flow both full-function jobs of the CASE system, and an automated workplace of a subsystem "DELO-Web", allowing to work in EDMS via the web interface are used.

Arbitration courts of the subjects of the Russian Federation which also the Arbitration court of Altai Republic treats are federal and perform justice in the field of business and other economic activity. They are responsible for resolution of economic disputes between the enterprises and also consider claims of entrepreneurs for recognition invalid acts of state bodies.

EDMS "DELO" allowed to automate the basic document processes among which:

• registration of all arriving correspondence (with the subsequent direction it for consideration to the management or in structural divisions) and also outgoing and internal documents;
• registration of the movement of documents (document flow) in court;
• introduction and performance of resolutions and instructions, report generation about execution;
• processing of citizens' appeals and organizations;
• write-off of documents in case according to the nomenclature of affairs;
• search in different criteria and obtaining statistic reports in document flow;
• protection against unauthorized access and differentiation of user rights on functions of a system and the processed documents;
• recording of work of users.

For February, 2020 the Arbitration court of Altai Republic uses the current version of EDMS "DELO". It provides process automation of office-work with a possibility of transition to electronic document management, including to full-fledged management of electronic documents.

Results of system implementation are:

• failure from accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence in magazines and increase in efficiency by search of required documents;
• the general decrease in labor input and number of errors due to process automation of registration and control of execution;
• increase in performing discipline.

2015: Change of the Form 103 template

In 2015 works on change of the Form 103 template for registers of external sending are performed.

2012: Purchase of the option "Lot-based Mail"

In 2012 the option "Lot-based Mail" which helps to automate and accelerate processing of mailings was in addition purchased. Specialists of KS-Consulting executed the order for completion of the standard templates "Small Envelope of Lot-based Mail", "Average Envelope of Lot-based Mail" and also developed the Assurances of receipt template for the CASE system.

2010: Start of the project on implementation of EDMS

In 2010 the Arbitration court of Altai Republic joined the large-scale all-Russian project on the system implementation of electronic document management and automation of office-work in arbitration courts starting in 2007. The project provided the centralized phased transition to work with documents in electronic form. For the solution of assigned tasks the CASE system was selected.
