Argent Alyans automated management accounting

On June 17, 2015 the Soft-Unity company announced project completion of automation of management accounting in Argent Alliance company. In a work progress the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is implemented.

Project Tasks

Work with clients in the enterprise was conducted in the 1C: Enterprise Accounting system. Management accounting on control of the warehouse movement of the equipment, settlement with clients by orders and accounting of documents according to transactions was not automated.

Client representatives made in Soft-Unity company an inquiry for creation of the unified information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. For the solution of an assigned task specialists of the contractor offered implementation "1C: Trade Management 8, edition 11.1" and the organization of management accounting on its platform.

Project Progress

Specialists of Soft-Unity and the customer implemented a system for automation and control of settlement with clients and accounting of the equipment. Completion of the software solution according to requirements of the customer is carried out.

During the project specialists of Soft-Unity described business process of primary activity of the company, finished a standard configuration according to requirements of the customer, transferred data on open transactions from the 1C: Accounting system, provided training of staff of the company in work in a system, developed the user instructions.

Project Results

Automated management of settlement with buyers and suppliers by orders, the warehouse movement of the equipment. Within the project 7 jobs are automated.

Implementation "1C: Trade Management 8":

• control of settlement with partners is organized;
• control of existence of the equipment in warehouses is simplified;
• settlings with employees on the performed works are automated;
• tools of the notification of clients about payment due dates under agreements are created;
• formation of documents of implementation on the basis of agreements of service maintenance is automated;
• management accounting in the unified information system is organized;
• formation of printed forms of documents and document templates is automated.
