Organization was interested in workflow automation opportunities. Specialists of organization carried out the analysis of three modern domestic systems on workflow automation. Comparison of software products and also their potentialities in workflow automation of medical institution was performed.

Project Progress

The management of organization stopped the choice on Standard edition EDMS THESIS which includes 75 simultaneous connections with scaling perspective to 100.

Thanks to competent and effective managerial policy of the management of organization, in the conditions of limitation of budget resources, the project on complex workflow automation of the Arkhangelsk regional clinical hospital was begun and brought to implementation.

The Haulmont company free of charge provided to the staff of hospital a packet of licenses for Mobile version of a system and also additional services on deployment and adaptation of a system. In many respects thanks to effective coordination of joint efforts, process of system implementation managed to be organized in the shortest possible time.
