Arosa implemented the automation equipment of management of transportations

On July 21, 2017 the AXELOT company announced process automation of transportations in Arosa product company.

Project Tasks

Before the company used for management of transportations the built-in module of delivery in "1C: Trade Management" - CIS of the company. But the limited functionality of a product ceased to meet business needs, and the management Aros made the decision on implementation of the modern software solution for management of transport logistics.

After the analysis of offers of the market selected a system "AXELOT: TMS Control of transport and transportations". For project implementation invited AXELOT company, the system developer.

Project tasks of automation included implementation of control of work of drivers due to use of the mobile client and satellite monitoring and also the organization of the expense accounting fuel and lubricants by shipping requests. It was required to improve a delivery quality due to creation of opportunities of control of delivery conditions when planning, it was important - to increase the level of the service provided to clients.

Project Progress

Regarding management of transportations within the project planning of routes taking into account restrictions on zones of delivery and temporary windows is implemented. For better control of motor transport the company uses now waybills on the basis of which control of fuel and lubricants is exercised and expense allocation on shipping requests of loads is conducted. The functionality of the module of satellite monitoring was used for implementation of control of movements of transport. Also mechanisms of types of events and planning of temporary indicators in course of execution of runs are used.

Project Results

The functionality of the mobile client is used by the company in full, from setup of an execution of the interface for each specific driver to a possibility of the choice of the used navigator. A large number of the traced events, for example, related to the mobile client - delay in a point, the planned delay in a point (on the basis of recalculation of time), a delay in a point, etc. is configured and implemented.

The package request to geoservice of CITYGID is implemented that allows to accelerate calculation of distances. The interface of a workplace "Planning of runs" (regarding an output of weight and dimensional characteristics of loads and quantity of tasks is finished when aiming at a point).

The interface of the document form Run is improved that allowed department of monitoring to work without switching between tabs. The functionality of satellite monitoring of transport is used.

By means of the service data bus AXELOT Datareon ESB system "AXELOT: TMS" was integrated with the 1C: Trade Management system. 11 stationary and 50 mobile jobs are automated.
