It was required to create the full solution on the Contact-Center organization with development of the CRM system "from scratch". Experience of the company Mayasterisk allowed to consider all wishes of the customer. Creation of the CRM system took place with carrying out necessary consulting and practical works from outside Mayasterisk. It allowed to avoid emergence of possible difficulties at a system implementation stage in "the fighting mode". Technical support of CallBox Contact-Center after the period of implementation allowed to resolve quickly arising issues and also to supplement the operating system new with functionality which was required after workload
