The Artisan enterprise increases the staff of employees, upgrades telephony and SCS

The LanKey company carried out scaling of low-current network, set automatic telephone exchange for the house of a tile of "ARTISAN", reported in the corporate blog of integrator on October 17, 2012.

Background

Due to the staff increase of ARTISAN Ltd, the LanKey company upgraded a cable system and organized telephony based on the enterprise customer.

Dynamic development of retail network of construction and finishing materials of ARTISAN Ltd demanded a staff increase of employees and, as a result, there was a need for the organization of additional jobs and the equipment of office spaces the modern automatic telephone exchange (ATE). Installation of a cable system and installation of automatic telephone exchange had to be carried out to time off not to allow a stop of business processes at office of the customer.

Solution

The LanKey company developed the project documentation and performed installation of a low-current system. Within the project the structured cabling system (SCS) existing at the customer was expanded and additional jobs for new employees are organized. After upgrade of SCS, a system was tested by the field cable analyzer of the 3rd level of accuracy on a network class of D according to international standard ISO/IEC 11801 2-th ed.

For the organization of telephony at office of the customer, specialists of LanKey performed selection and supply of equipment for automatic telephone exchange of Panasonic then performed works on installation, setup and programming of the station. The automatic telephone exchange was connected to the existing telephone network and put into operation.

The main part of works was carried out to evening and night time.
