Content

On December 24, 2013 the Intensive Center "Domino Soft" announced automation of network of drugstores and the HHK pharmaceutical wholesale centers "Asia-Pharma", in Mongolia, using the solution "1C: Trade Management 8".

Project Tasks

Asia-Pharma of HHK - the partner of several pharmaceutical holdings, in the country of residence and abroad, offers buyers about 4 thousand names and forms of production of medicines. So wide line of the range of goods sets difficult tasks in management and purchase planning and sales. Besides, in the company the different systems of discounts are applied to wholesales and retail sales according to preferential recipes. In the latter case report generation for local fund of the health insurance paying the damage caused by a privilege is required.

During the work with wholesale buyers there were difficulties with calculation of discounts, an adherence to deadlines of their action. Calculation of the prices of shipment, taking into account discounts, required considerable labor costs. Preparation of documents on shipment dragged on sometimes about 5-7 working days that nevertheless did not exclude emergence of errors and further involved additional labor costs on repeated calculations.

Company management, understanding need of creation of a new information system, considered the different options of automation of problems of trade management offered by the IT companies of Mongolia. However any of proposed solutions did not conform to requirements of heads Asia-Pharma of HHK as or did not solve all assigned tasks, or was too expensive.

Project History

Representatives Asia-Pharma of HHK were in Moscow for negotiating with the Russian partners in the field of pharmaceutics. There to company management told about 1C company, about the directions it to activity.

The Russian colleagues gave to the management Asia-Pharma of HHK advice - to address Intensive Center "Domino Soft".

Project Progress

As a basis for automation of tasks of management of the company selected 1C: Trade Management 8.

Project Results

Implementation is complete at the scheduled time. A new system is unrolled in 20 workplaces. Project deliverables for December 24, 2013:

  • in agreements with wholesale buyers an opportunity to specify obligatory purchasing amounts and further to consider accomplishment by partners of these obligations is implemented now. The management system for planning periods of sales was developed for convenience. For example, purchase plans of antiviral medicines are formed taking into account the seasonal growth of incidence during the cold period to provide increasing demand and to exclude the probability of deficit of medicines. Planning is performed both in cost, and in quantitative assessment. Labor costs are considerably reduced by drawing up the monthly purchase plan and sales of medicines that positively affects sales and at work of firm in general.

  • accounting of preferential recipes is automated, reports on them form in the form set by the state. The company is insured from losses from an above-standard holiday of medicines according to preferential recipes or penalties for failure to provide a privilege now, compensation for preferential goods issue arrives in due volume.

  • in a system automatic formation of the standardized name of medicine, proceeding from its dosage form, a dosage, a release form, etc. is implemented. Integration of a system of accounting of the nomenclature into the normative reference information about medicines developed by the Ministry of Health of Mongolia is executed.

  • the staff of the company who is responsible for sales has a possibility of quick access to the description of medicines, their features and contraindications. It allowed to increase in turn service quality of buyers and to increase their loyalty to pharmacy chain of the company.

  • The created information system integrated management of retail stores and the wholesale centers of holding. There was a possibility of operating control and management of activity in real time.
