On March 3, 2020 the Skolkovo Foundation reported that the Verme company implements the solution for automatic planning of working schedules of linear personnel and increase in operational efficiency in Askona company.

The optimal work-rest schedule will be set for employees in 600 retail stores, 2 distribution centers and 8 regional logistic offices. The cloud solution of Verme using artificial intelligence will analyze business processes and employees productivity. Then a system will predict optimal loading and will create the flexible schedule.

For March, 2020 the staff of Askona comes for complete 12-hour shifts according to diagram 2/2 without real workload. After the implementing solution Verme a system will make the individual diagram for each employee taking into account his opportunities. The total quantity of working hours in a month at the same time will not change, and salary will remain the same.
