"Asset" uses the automation equipment in work with personnel

1C: The first BIT "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" at the Aktiv enterprise implemented a personnel management system, the press service of the company reported on August 28, 2013.

Project Background

For quality improvement of reporting documents and decrease in labor costs of personnel, the company management announced a campaign for a software update. 1C specialists acted as contractors of the project : The first BIT.

Project Progress

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of optimization of the software in the accounting and legal center "Aktiv". The modern automated control system for the personnel "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is installed, the convenient mechanism of formation of the regulated reporting and payroll is implemented.

Project Steps

• the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" system of PROF version is installed;
• account policy is configured;
• the address qualifier is loaded;
• the register of data "Responsible persons of the organizations" is configured;
• users were trained.
