The company INTELVISION completed the first stage of the project to modernize the hotel's engineering systems management system. " Astoria St. Petersburg A Russian platform has been introduced at the facility, which is a strategically important historical and cultural heritage. SmartUnity Intelvision announced this on October 28, 2025.

The hotel management company demonstrates a strategic approach to technological development, choosing the path of phased modernization without stopping operations. For an object operating in 24/7 mode, the continuity of all life support systems is fundamentally important. That is why an iterative implementation scenario was chosen that allows you to consistently update the infrastructure without risks for the guest service. Recognizing the high responsibility for the continuity of a strategically important facility, the customer chose INTELVISION as a technology partner, trusting in our 20 years of experience seamlessly integrating complex solutions into existing facilities.

Historic buildings, especially iconic ones like "Astoria," are always a challenge to the integrator. It was necessary to carefully integrate modern technologies into the complex infrastructure of the architectural monument, "said Vitaly Fedorov, General Director of Intellvizhen LLC. - Our SmatUnity platform, with its support for a large range of protocols and a low-code environment for rapid adaptation, has coped well with this task, ensuring a completely uninterrupted operation of 24/7,

As part of the first stage, INTELVISION specialists completed a set of works to create an automated building management system (ASUD), which replaced the foreign system that left the Russian market. The migration from the outdated platform was carried out while maintaining the continuity of all the hotel's engineering systems.

When implementing the project, the principle of minimal change in user experience was applied. The visualization interfaces in the system were adapted to the established patterns of operation personnel, which ensured a smooth transition to a modern technological platform.
