As part of the first stage, INTELVISION specialists completed a set of works to create an automated building management system (ASUD), which replaced the foreign system that left the Russian market. The migration from the outdated platform was carried out while maintaining the continuity of all the hotel's engineering systems.

When implementing the project, the principle of minimal change in user experience was applied. The visualization interfaces in the system were adapted to the established patterns of operation personnel, which ensured a smooth transition to a modern technological platform.

For a hotel with more than 110 years of history, such as the Astoria, the flawless operation of all systems - from heating and ventilation to electricity supply - is the critical foundation of the guest experience.
