AstroSoft implemented a project management system in Energoform company

The Project Management Information System (PMIS) is implemented on the Microsoft EPM Solution 2007 platform.

Process automation of project management using the system created by AstroSoft company allowed company management Energoform to centralize project management, to reduce costs of resources and time for planning, the analysis and project communications. Earlier in the company for these tasks the tables Microsoft Excel and e-mail were used, however in process of growth of complexity and the number of projects these tools ceased to conform to requirements of business. Heads and chief project engineers, on average, spent one working day a week for adjustment of plans. The company management lacked the management decisions and assessment of a relevant picture of project activity given for operational acceptance.

The solution "AstroSoft on the Microsoft EPM Solution 2007 platform helped Energoform company to automate such business processes as calendar and resource project planning, project implementation control, project communications and information exchange. ISUP gives the chance to specialists of the customer to perform monitoring of project implementation and control of effectiveness of employees, to consolidate information on the implemented projects for the analysis and reporting, to obtain objective and up-to-date data for support of management decisions, to structure and store documentation in electronic form.

Key users of a system were trained according to Microsoft EPM Solution 2007 for obtaining skills of independent work that allowed to pass to use of ISUP with the minimum quantity of errors and failures.
