At an industrial site of Shchekinoazot implement an APCS

The project of the combined complex of productions of methanol and M-450/A-135 ammonia – the main and the largest of those investment projects that are implemented in 2016 on the industrial platform Shchekinoazot, principal direction of work for all services of the enterprise. Including – for the engineering and technical forces of instrumentation and automated control systems operating under the direction of and with direct participation of specialists of department of the chief instrument operator.

Kipovtsa provide new high technology productions of JSC Shchekinoazot with modern automated control systems^[1].

So, on the combined complex of productions of methanol and ammonia started work on the PCS organization at once as soon as the first work documentation began to appear. An object on the area and by the number of the equipment exceeds the first production M-450 almost twice and therefore demanded creation of the engineering group. Engineers with experience and the young people who only graduated from universities entered it.

Engineers and the qualified mechanics of instrumentation and automated control systems mastering the new equipment became a basis of collective of section which should service future combined complex of methanol and ammonia. The young mechanics having the higher education at the enterprise participate in project development too and quickly become engineers – realities in Shchekinoazot company are like that.

Requirements to mechanics of instrumentation and automated control systems increase not on days, and on hours – operation of new devices is based on the microprocessors requiring for management of engineering knowledge of them. At a position of mechanics willingly admit university graduates to service instrumentation and automated control systems. Graduates of Ivanovskoye of the state chemical and technology university come to work to Shchyokino. The enterprise provides them privileges, pays to young specialists housing. Many remain in Shchyokino forever, seeing perspective for the career here. Graduates of IGHTU, for example, work at the operating factory of methanol, now many already became engineers, there are among them also engineers of the first category. Not so long ago in service instrumentation and automated control systems the graduate of IGHTU Sergey Kurochkin appeared. Heads are sure – from it the good engineer shortly will turn out. Today he services KFK and KMMF workshop and participates in project development of installation of sulfuric acid.

Five projects go in parallel now to JSC Shchekinoazot: the combined complex of methanol and ammonia, installation of sulfuric acid, ammonium sulfate compaction installation, production of dimethyl air and treatment facilities. In each of them the latest process control systems are put. Means, in everyone – a share of work of engineers and mechanics of instrumentation and automated control systems, and it – in addition to simultaneous service of the operating workshops and productions.

Each project needs engineering maintenance. In particular, M-450/A-135 is separated on PILE into three parts: its main platform, warehouse of liquid ammonia and installation of receiving demineralized water. The main objective today – SZhA. There actively builders conduct installation, and on the enterprise there is a delivery of the kipovsky equipment. At the beginning of 2017 the warehouse is going to be equipped completely with the PCS system, is going to begin balancing and commissioning in the spring.
