Ateks completed the project of complex control automation

On May 7, 2014 it became known of a complex implementation project of software products 1C in the private security agency Sistemy kompleksnoy bezopasnosti-ATEKS LLC. Implementation works were carried out by specialists of Forus Group.

Project Tasks

Need of creation of a new information system is caused by existence of an outdated software platform.

Project Progress

For automation software products of a line "1C:Enterprise 8 – 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" are used.

In a work progress divisions of the company are automated: accounting, personnel records and salary, tax and operational accounting. Implementation is executed in three stages.

Project Results

Artem Seleznyov, the head of service of automation of the enterprises of Forus Group, told: "We suggested to use standard mechanisms for the most effective automation of the security agency. Three software platforms implemented Forus are recommended to 1C for joint effective use. Integration of these products gave an opportunity for work in a convenient and clear information system. Now cooperation with "ATEKS" continues – the client is on maintenance within the agreement of ITS".

Tatyana Sudos, the head of the HR department of "ATEKS", noted: "ATEKS company" not the first time cooperates with Forus, we always addressed specialists of this company for consultation. This time, of course, before Forus there was much more serious problem, than standard support of 1C. The project of automation of an information system was important for us for a number of reasons. First, our accounting worked with the old version "Salaries and Personnel Managements", now we had an opportunity to pass to the non-cash system of payroll, it became more convenient to fill out requests for expenditure of means. Secondly, we work with the unique program developed under our specifics, and Forus integration into this platform was one of tasks for. And thanks to Trade management we see the broad picture of exchange of tasks in the company".
