Atomenergomash (SAP ERP)

Dmitry Nikolin, the project manager told Atomenergomash about implementation of information management systems by personnel based on SAP in machine-building holding. Last status of process automation of personnel management in ROSATOM group was typical for many enterprises of the country. A large number of the diverse systems which are not integrated among themselves (Galaktika, Oracle, SAP, "BOSS", "1C: Payroll", own developments); different level of process automation in the organizations of group. Also there was no management tool efficiency of personnel, it was extremely heavy to receive the consolidated statements on the enterprises. The personnel database was also not connected with payroll systems in any way.

The project team consisting of thirty people, including developers, implemented single solution in seven months. For this term training of employees was also provided, a number of completions is made. "Such short term of implementation was sustained thanks to a hard line of a project team and active participation of heads in decision making", - Dmitry Nikolin emphasized. Of course, there were also other factors – owners of all business processes and reference books relating to the project, active involvement of users, etc. were defined. In one month solution integration of SAP and "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" was carried out. Did not refuse the product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management", having left it for conducting personnel and tax accounting. On March 15 the current year the project was successfully complete.
