Solutions of SAS are implemented by NEOLANT company within creation of a monitoring system and operational management of capital construction for JSC NIAEP. Based on the SAS Strategy Management platform the subsystem of analytics using which analytical performance indicators of the project of a construction of the NPP by terms, cost and quality are estimated is developed.
For implementation of this subsystem experts of NEOLANT company conducted examination of JSC NIAEP: analyzed business processes of the main project participants of a construction of the NPP and developed the hierarchical system of analytical performance indicators of construction processes including summary values and separate indexes. Then specialists of NEOLANT company together with consultants of SAS Russia/CIS company customized the SAS Strategy Management system for calculation of these indicators and their visualization for the principle of "traffic light" (red color means a deviation from terms/cost / quality, and green – execution of works according to these parameters).
Now heads and specialists of JSC NIAEP quickly obtain information on emergence of problems in these or those processes of a construction in the form of summary indicators, browse the detailed information, reveal "narrow" places of the project and make decisions on corrective actions / actions on their elimination.
