In the fall of 2010 Intergraph PP&M opened in Nizhny Novgorod the third Russian office (after Moscow and St. Petersburg). For February, 2011 as Alexander Tyunyatkin tells CNews, the head of Intergraph PP&M Russia, in it works one specialist, but until the end of 2011 is planned that engineers there will be five.

In February, 2011 it became known that the Nizhny Novgorod engineering company "Atomenergoproekt" ordered software Intergraph companies for 6D-design. The vendor in turn plans, having finished development until the end of 2011, to make of it a standard product and to sell to other customers.

In 2011 the division of Process, Power & Marine (PP&M) should develop Intergraph companies for affiliated enterprise of Rosatom state corporation - Nizhny Novgorod engineering company "Atomenergoproekt" of software for technology of design 6D. It means that except 3D - design in it supply management, by personnel and planning of construction of the standard power unit will be implemented.

About new joint work with NIAEP of CNews[1] the head of Intergraph PP&M Russia Alexander Tyunyatkin told. "In fact, this "crossing" of our already existing products, - he says. - Directly 18 American programmers are engaged in development. Their representatives already several times came to Nizhny Novgorod to approve product requirements". He estimates the total costs of development at $1 million.

6D it will be created based on SmartPlant Enterprise on which NIAEP already designs power units of the Rostov NPP. As the director of NIAEP Valery Limarenko considers, so far for 6D-design there is no ready software.
