Rosatom started a data mart of tax monitoring for the enterprises of nuclear sector

2020: Start of a data mart

The Rosatom state corporation started a data mart of tax monitoring – universal IT solution for the organization of information exchange with the Federal Tax Service (FTS) for two large enterprises of nuclear sector: JSC Atomenergoprom and JSC Rosenergoatom Concern. On September 23, 2020 Greenatom which implemented this project starting in August, 2019 without involvement of external contractors in a short time reported about it.

Tax monitoring – the form of tax control based on open information exchange between tax authority and the taxpayer in real time.

Quality improvement of tax control and simplification of interaction between tax authorities and the organizations on the basis of high-tech solutions, is put in the concept of development of a system of tax monitoring approved by the Government of the Russian Federation in Russia, – the head of department of tax monitoring of FTS Marina Krasheninnikova emphasized.

Use of a data mart promotes increase in transparency of business, improves investment attractiveness of the companies taxpayers and also allows to reduce labor costs by conducting tax disputes, paper document flow with the Federal Tax Service and maintenance of tax audits. A system helps to avoid penalties and to reduce the potential periods of charge of a penalty fee by 65% due to acceleration almost three times of closing of the periods with tax audit: from 5 to 1 year 9 months.

Service is developed so that further any enterprise of the industry keeping account in ERP systems at making decision on transition to the mode of tax monitoring, could be connected to a show-window.

Data mart of tax monitoring – good help in accounting work. It accelerates process of closing of the period checked within tax monitoring and helps to resolve taxation issues, reducing and preventing possible tax risks. Moreover, transition to digital interaction from FTS improves image of corporation as fair taxpayer, – Victoria Andriyenko, the chief accountant of ROSATOM State Corporation noted.

Creation of the digital instruments allowing to increase efficiency of interaction with state bodies – one of priorities of Rosatom, and we will increase our competences of this sphere. I want to emphasize that the project of creation of a data mart for tax monitoring managed to be implemented for 100% by forces of our project teams, – Evgeny Abakumov, the director of the department of information technologies of ROSATOM State Corporation told.
