The non-state pension fund hopes for Euphrates

NPF Atomgarant started implementation at itself an electronic document management system and business process automation based on the product EUPHRATES. Works are carried out with assistance of Cognitive Technologies company.

Execution is required

For systematization of work with documents, increase in level of performing discipline of employees, the management of NPF Atomgarant made the decision to automate document flow of fund. The EUPHRATES software product as conforming to requirements is selected.

Now in the project

Now in NPF Atomgarant registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence is organized, a part of internal document flow is automated.

Expectations

It is supposed that as a result of implementation of EDMS in NPF Atomgarant, the movement and approval of all documents will be performed in electronic in a type.

For control of performing discipline the end-to-end system of reports and research opinions will be used. It is supposed that as a result of project implementation, time spent for accomplishment of routine transactions with documents will be reduced from 7 to 10 times, and approval of documents will accelerate by 3 — 4 times.
