One of the largest sausage producers in the Russian Federation "Talina" launched two data centers

Customers: Atyashevsky (Talina)

Contractors: Jet Infosystems, Datark

Project date: 2025/08

The Talina Group of Companies, through the Atyashevsky meat processing plant, which is part of it, has launched two modular data processing centers for the development of the enterprise's digital infrastructure. The implementation of the project took less than six months, and the integration took place without stopping production processes. This became known on August 19, 2025.

The supplier of modular data centers was Datark, and the integrator of the project was the center of network solutions of Jet Infosystems. The introduction of a new IT infrastructure has become part of the strategy of digital transformation and modernization of information services of the agro-industrial complex.

Each of the modular data centers is designed in the format of a protected outdoor module, resistant to external influences and designed for year-round operation on open industrial sites. The technical infrastructure is designed to accommodate nine full-size telecommunications cabinets in each unit.

The total design capacity of one module exceeds 100 kW, which provides sufficient resources to support the operation of corporate ERP systems, digital production management platforms and security systems. The total capacity of the two data centers allows you to process significant amounts of production information.

Both modular data centers are based on Datark OPTIMOD solutions and are equipped with freon precision air conditioners with built-in steam humidifiers. The architecture of technical solutions is developed taking into account the requirements of energy efficiency, industrial safety and a high degree of equipment availability.

Mikhail Shumai, Datark Key Customer Manager, noted the importance of accurately integrating the solution into the existing technological rhythm of the industrial enterprise. According to him, all the elements of the project - from architecture to cooling modes - were selected taking into account the specifics of the object and the requirements for the continuity of production processes.[1]
