In January, 2012 in the Audit And Group (Moscow) specializing in rendering legal, accounting and auditor services to business the project on implementation of process management of means of ELMA started.
For project implementation the Plansis company – the official dealer of ELMA in Moscow having considerable practical experience in implementation of process management in corporate environment was invited.
At the first stage which duration was about 4 months business processes of the top level and processes which automation was required first of all – Sales and "Maintenance of clients" were described.
On a basis from the left regulations specialists of Plansis company developed seven business processes, ten document types and about two tens new objects and transfers in the ELMA system. Thus, ELMA was configured and adapted for specifics of the company".
During the project training of staff of Audit And company in work with the ELMA system was provided. Along with CRM processes the staff of the company mastered basic functionality of a system: problem definition, planning of actions using the calendar, etc.
