Production personnel perform a visual inspection of the condition of production lines and equipment on a regular basis. The list of process check operations includes a wide list of control measurements and operations. The employee physically moves around the production site and must carry out inspections in strict accordance with the procedure.

In addition, the company conducted monthly testing of the Moziware Smart Watch on the IKSAR software platform. The device has supplemented AR glasses and tablets already used in production.

The system is a wearable tablet with two cameras. The main camera transmits the image from the user's perspective, the front camera is used to identify the employee. The application displays the traversal map, priority tasks, and parameters for hardware validation.

The ICSAR software platform is compatible with Android devices and supports voice control via a wireless headset. The system can work both autonomously and in conjunction with AR-glasses.

Employees of the stone wool plant noted the ergonomics of the device and the convenience of displaying information on the screen. The design allows you to free your hands to work with equipment.

According to the test results, the company is considering the possibility of industrial introduction of technology at all Technonikol stone wool plants in Russia in 2025.

The use of AR technologies allows the company to reduce the time of equipment repair, reduce production costs and increase the efficiency of maintenance specialists.[1]
