Company "1C: The first BIT" the Avrora company, product introduction "1C:Enterprise 8 completed the project on optimization of the software in trade . Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" was reported by the press service of integrator on May 31, 2013.

Previously

At the time of the beginning of the project in the company only accounting is automated. The staff of accounting services used "1C: Accounting 7.7". For the purpose of improvement of customer service and creation at the enterprise of an efficient system of management, the management made the decision - to optimize the software. As the partner in implementation selected the company "1C: The first BIT".

Actions

Specialists of the company carried out installation of the solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of trade enterprise for Ukraine" then provided user training.

Are automated:

  • management of a trading activity — there was a possibility of assessment of profitability of sales, drawing up long-term plans, the analysis of indicators; an inventory control — in a system is implemented detailed operational accounting of materials, products and goods in warehouses, full control of stocks is provided;
  • accounting of banking and cash activities — there was a possibility of registration of planned receipts and funds expenditures, their reservations under the forthcoming payments on checking accounts and in cash desks, placements in the expected incoming payments, formations of the payment schedule;
  • management of settlement — the staff of finance division can analyze change of debt in time and operate with two types of debt – actual and predicted (postponed).

In a system functions of automatic maintaining personnel, tax and accounting, formation of the regulated reporting are implemented. Personnel management processes, payroll to the employees and preparation of reporting documents are optimized.
