2021: Implementation of the dispatching system
PROF-IT GROUP November 22, 2021 announced the introduction of a production dispatching system AURUS in. Tatarstan
Since May 2021, AURUS luxury brand cars have been produced in the Alabuga special economic zone in Tatarstan. As of November 2021, the plant produces Aurus Senat sedans. The current capacity of the plant allows you to produce up to 5 thousand cars per year.
In the fall, the plant supplemented the production line, consisting of 37 posts, with an updated conveyor control system. PROF-IT GROUP was chosen to develop and implement a visualization (dispatching) system at the factory.
One of the tasks of the project was to ensure the continuity of the production line, increase the operational control of the conveyor and reduce the likelihood of equipment outage.
A flexible solution was proposed for process analysis and monitoring of the equipment itself and the Andon system was introduced. This is one of the main visual management tools that is used on assembly lines in the auto industry. Such a system allows employees to easily assess the state of operations in a zone and prevent the occurrence of a deviation.
As a result of the implementation, the process of notifying about the technical shutdown of the pipeline was automated, as well as the process of transferring information to the plant's IT system using the OPC protocol. At the same time, integration with the 1C system was carried out. As a result, the lower layer of the MES (Manufacturing execution system) is created, designed to automatically collect data from equipment. Data is obtained from the following conveyor stations: AGV control system, front and rear glass installation station, chassis line, fuel system leak check, vehicle test bench for waterproofness.
The project with AURUS was quite diverse. We needed not only to deliver and implement the equipment, but also to integrate with the customer's IT system. That is, the system had to be flexible and variable. We accepted this call, and now all data on emergency situations are automatically recorded and stored in the common system of the enterprise. This will allow you to analyze the deviations and do everything possible to prevent them in the future. In production, this is very important. We are pleased with the trust and hope for further cooperation, "said Evgeny Sudarkin, General Director of PROF-IT GROUP. |
