2020: Robotization of business processes
JSC ATS (Trading System Administrator) integrated the solutions Robin RPA in the business processes. The Robin company reported about it on December 7, 2020.
Daily it is necessary administrators of "automatic telephone exchange" it (was necessary) to process:
- Requests of users (on the website).
- The system errors arising in use workflow systems.
Search, classification, and the solution on requests daily took away time of employees because were processed manually. Considering that the processes described above include monotonous and uniform actions, they can be robotic.
Based on the ROBIN platform robots who process requests of users and errors arising in the course of their processing were created.
The robot operates like the person: he visits the website, looks for requests, processes them and returns the result. Actions correspond to the fact that the living operator would make with own hands, only the chance of an error is minimum, and work speed - maximum. That the robot does:
- According to the schedule, the robot checks the website of the company regarding receipt of new requests. By search the key word made in advance is used.
- Having detected the unprocessed request, the robot initiates the sequence of its execution.
- According to the algorithm created by employees, the robot performs the operations necessary for processing of the request. If in processing of a task there was an error, then:
- the Robot creates a screenshot with an error and transfers all necessary information to system administrators. If there is no error, then the next step is executed.
- Users are informed on accomplishment of the request.
In the course of robotization two ROBIN components were involved:
- ROBIN Studio - the visual designer for creation of the robot.
- ROBIN Robot is the tool managing execution of robots.
The ATS company could automate routine business processes, having transferred them to robots. Now administrators can focus the efforts on more important tasks, without spending time for search and execution of standard requests of users - it is necessary to work only with difficult or problem requests. Moreover, the format of application on the website was finished and standardized; it is easier for users to make out requests, and it is easier for robot to find and process them.
