Automation Pingwin Software based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management

Implementation in Pingwin Software LLC of the complete application software solution of the class ERP 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 (1S: UPP) on a modern technology platform allowed to create the unified information system covering all circuits of accounting and tax accounting and provided to company management the full-fledged tool for effective management of all financial and economic activity.

In September, 2010 the management of Pingwin Software LLC made the decision on acquisition of a 1C system: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8. The choice of the program was caused:

• existence of continued information and technology support of the program;
• compatibility and support of the Russian legislation;
• existence of the service centers and efficient staff of specialists for the solution of the arising questions or malfunctions in work.

1C system: Management of manufacturing plants has the broadest set of functionality. All mechanisms of automation of this application solution can be separated into two big classes conditionally:

• mechanisms for maintenance of operating activities of the enterprise;
• mechanisms for conducting not operational accounting.

The sections belonging to operating activities can be selected in each type of accounting (except for accounting according to IFRS). Besides, the application solution is separated into the separate subsystems responsible for the solution of groups of similar tasks:

• management subsystem in cash,
• management subsystem personnel,
• accounting subsystem, etc.

Similar separation is a little conditional, but it facilitates mastering of the application program. In practical work of border between subsystems are almost imperceptible. Implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management in Pingwin Software company was partially performed by forces own IT of service of the customer at direct technical and methodical consulting support from specialists of "1C:VDGB". At an implementation stage 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 specialists of "1C:VDGB" performed initial user training of the new accounting system and participated in initial filling of information base (the normative reference information, account policy, users and roles).

The following subsystems of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management are put into commercial operation:

• Accounting;
• Tax accounting.

Now the works on implementation of an automated system of accounting of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 in Pingwin Software LLC are successfully completed. The customer is on information and technology support of 1C.
