Project Description:
Transfer of the Magnum alcoholic beverages stores to the SuperMag Plus trading system and the cash program "Supermagician of UKM 4.0" was determined by the management of network as one of the strategic steps directed to increase in number of supermarkets and an exit to the neighboring regions. The structure of the platform of the Supermag trading system implemented in Magnum allows to manage retail network and separate shops.
During transfer implementation of the software product was executed: "The SuperMag Plus is the central office", intended for collecting of the consolidated information on retail network and operational management of its activity and also for work of shops with The SuperMag Plus — Minimarket Trading System in network. The cash software is implemented: "The Supermagician of UKM 4.0" and such modules as "The server of head Office", Marketing, "The server of shop" solving a set of problems from control of the equipment in shops before holding the marketing actions directed to increase in loyalty of buyers. Thanks to implementation of the cash program "Supermagician of UKM" the Central office obtains operational information on sales of all 9 shops, on each of 33 cash desks that allows:
- to quickly introduce different marketing stocks; - trace the course of such actions; - in case of need far off to configure the used cash desks.
Thus, all shops of network were transferred to software products of a line "Supermag": 8 in Yekaterinburg and 1 in Nizhny Tagil. Besides, replacement of outdated POS systems is made. Instead of them modern Wincor Nixdorf BEETLE/M-II plus POS terminals which working resource and performance exceeds old analogs several times are delivered.
