ERP was implemented into Avtolombard Cheryomushki and reduces the volume of manual work

Autopawnshop of Cheryomushki automates the accounting system implementation of industry development of 1C:VDGB: Pawnshop 3. The contractor in the project defines 1C Company: VDGB.

Beginning of the project and choice of a system

The management of an automobile pawnshop made the decision on implementation of an automated system of accounting of activity of the enterprise. Industry development of 1C:VDGB was taken as a basis in creation of an automated system of accounting : Pawnshop 3.

The selected 1C:VDGB program: The pawnshop 3 is addition to the standard solution 1C: Accounting 8 and is intended for automation of activity of pawnshops, automobile pawnshops, jewelry pawnshops. In the 1C:VDGB program: The pawnshop 3 is implemented accounting of the operations performed by a pawnshop: acceptance of property as a deposit, its assessment, providing a loan, charge and collection of interest for using a loan and the storage charges of things, return of a loan by the pledger, sale of unclaimed things from biddings and also buying up of values.

Result in reports

Implementation automated the reporting:

• about the cars which are in pledge of a pawnshop;
• inventory sheets on the cars which are stored in a pawnshop;
• about the issued amounts in buying up of a pawnshop;
• reflecting operations performed by a pawnshop (the redemption, repledge, etc.), a status of mortgage tickets and things, history of pledgers and separate mortgage tickets and others;
• the profit of a pawnshop allowing to see.

Implementation gingerbreads

Control automation by the enterprise opened a possibility of use of complex circuits of crediting. On the basis of the reference book of schemes of crediting, charge can be carried out to Avtolombarde Cheremushki at the different rates and conditions, calculation is possible as as a percentage, and with fixed amounts for any period.

Manual work of accounting is minimized and the possibility of operating control of financial performance of activity of the enterprise is provided.
