Avangard open joint stock company — one of leading enterprises of Russia on production of large-size products from composition materials (fibreglasses, coal plastics) and also plastic and rubber. JSC Avangard is a part of one of the largest raketostroitelny holdings of Russia — JSC NPO Mashinostroyenia Military Industrial Complex. For the benefit of defense of the country at the enterprise transport and starting containers and the body of engines of solid propellant rockets and also elements of armor and antiradiation protection for the armored equipment are produced serially.

During the project basic functions of personnel management were automated: management of an organization structure, personnel records and document flow, payroll. At the moment accountant officers, personnel department, department of work and employment use the single integrated information system created based on the solution Alfa-HRMS.
