THE AVIATECHNOLOGY CARRIES OUT BY CLOSED JOINT STOCK COMPANY OF NGO WORKFLOW AUTOMATION USING EDMS "ETLA"

After trial testing of functionality process of system implementation of electronic document management and business process management of "ETLA" in Ltd NPO Aviatekhnologiya began.

Customer

Ltd NPO Aviatekhnologiya since 1999 develops and makes the equipment for refueling complexes of the airports. Now NPO Aviatekhnologiya has Licenses of the Federal agency on the industry of Russia for development, production, testing and repair of the aircraft equipment to which means of transportation and refueling aircraft with fuel belong. Since 2002 NPO Aviatekhnologiya is a workgroup member on aviation fuel of International association of the IATA air transportation and the registered supplier of the fuelling equipment conforming to the international requirements. Works for the benefit of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation are conducted.

Tasks

A large number of the technical and regulating documentation is applied to the organization of internal office-work in the company. For reliable storage and quick search of required documents and also to arrange processes of approval of documents and to reduce costs of working time for their processing, the company management made the decision on creation of electronic archive and transition to electronic document management.

Project Progress

As means of electronic archive and workflow automation EDMS "ETLA" was selected. It is planned that system implementation will allow NPO Aviatekhnologiya to create reliable electronic archive of documents, to reduce terms by approvals of documents and to minimize costs for work with paper documents.
