According to HyperUp company, the project task was to create means for automation of process of exchange of electronic documents and instructions between PJSC IL and other structures of holding using internal EDMS within end-to-end business processes.
During the project integration of an electronic document management system of DIRECTUM of parent organization of holding with the systems of managed companies was implemented.
Project deliverables is:
- Reduction of delivery time and registration of instructions.
- Increase in transparency of execution of the instructions which are beyond management company.
- Reducing costs for transfer of correspondence.
- Ensuring the protected exchange.
